To Whom It May Concern,

From my observations, Rosy works well with 4 aides, overall doing each resident negotiations care plan, ordering, organizing medication, documentation of medication of every month of each resident. What stands out to me is the personal and genuine care she has shown to my Mother and other residents, it is obvious to me the joy she has in caring for others and the joy on my Mother's face when Rosy was working with her. Based on experience I would rank Rosy as the best Caregiver and house manager I have ever worked with regarding my Mother's care.

From a personal note, Rosy has provided me with a peace of mind that my Mom is getting the care and attention she needs to ensure her quality of life is the best it could possibly be. Besides ensuring medication and daily care is complete, Rosy's personal touch and going the extra mile by doing things like cutting, styling, and doing her makeup to help my Mom feel beautiful. Rosy has also done things like take her for walks, working in the garden to speak on the love she has for the work she does.

Rosy's communication with my family and I is outstanding. She is intelligent and has good methodical/critical thinking. Again, the peace of mind she provides for me and my family is outstanding by the way she notifies us in a timely manner of any changes in my Mother's health or simply sending us pictures and videos of our Mom throughout the course of the week!
